Technique: Plain-weave body creates a fluid drape that contrasts with the border’s opulence. Kadua brocade floral border is individually hand-cut and woven, making the border/pallu a 3D tapestry. The golden-raw sheen of Tussar silk makes the border’s earthy glow warmer than Banarasi gold.
